A flock is your club inside the app. Give it a name and a city and you get a 6-digit invite code.
Send one text
Invite members by text message, by their dawnflight username, or drop the code in your group chat.
Add your meetup
Pick the days and time, then drop a pin on the meetup spot. Everyone gets a push when it's posted.

Weekly or one-time events
Repeat on any days of the week or post a one-off. The RSVP card pops up on members' screens when you choose: 2 hours to 2 days ahead.

GPS check-in
Check-in is open for the first 15 minutes of the meetup and only works at your pin (100 to 400 m, your call), so attendance is real.

The plan after the App Store launch: flocks of up to 10 stay free, and bigger clubs need dawnflight Pro on the organizer's account. We'll give clubs plenty of notice first.
Questions organizers ask
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. dawnflight is iPhone only for now. The real alarm needs iOS 26; on older iPhones it falls back to notifications.
What's TestFlight?
Apple's official app for beta testing. Members install TestFlight from the App Store, tap your link and get dawnflight. It takes about a minute.
Can people join without being approved?
Your choice. Turn on auto-accept and anyone with the code joins right away, or leave it off and approve each request.
When does the app check location?
Only when a member taps Check in (or when you use your own location to drop the meetup pin). It compares where they are to the pin and that's it.
Does everyone have to use the alarm?
The alarm is the heart of dawnflight, and it's what makes "who's awake" work on the roster. Events, RSVPs and check-ins work for everyone in the flock.
